TEMPO/UBS Gather Hundreds of Foreign and Indonesian Investors

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta:UBS Securities Indonesia, a securities company, intends to gather together foreign investors with Indonesia’s leading investors recorded at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the UBS Indonesia Conference this week.
At least 100 investment companies from Australia, Europe and America, and about 50 Indonesian companies will be present at the three-day event, from 9 to 11 March, in the Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta.
“We are sure that the Indonesian market has good prospects with the support of domestic consumption, the stable political climate and reformation development.
This is proved by the high participation from abroad,” said Joshua Tanja, Head of Indonesian Equities PT UBS in Jakarta, on Tuesday (9/3).
According to Joshua, the event is intended to help Indonesian companies and international investors to build tighter cooperation.
The UBS Indonesia Conference, which is held every year, has becomes a premium conference for international investors in credit or equity based securities.
